Typed will

My deceased husband made his last will on plain paper with his signature and witnesses signature. The will is typed and not handwritten. Will ' typed will' be valid?

Note-He was unable to write because he was suffering from polyneuropathy due to which the will was typed.

The WILL even if typed; is signed by testator and witnesses; implying more than 1 witness…..and  having date and place on IT, ....IT is felt that such WILL can be valid.

Rest show the WILL to your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in testamentary/civil matters and having successful track record …..  and worth his/her salt …
