Telegraf language, missing grammer, spellings, every thing togethe makes it difficult to understand. the matter of the case . Still in my opinion, it will be better apply for both.
After a gap of atleast fifteen days from the rejection of first bail application, you may again file a bail application and see what the police (P.P.) will report to the Court. If there is any progress in investigation, then A and B will get bail. You shall convince the Court that A and B are father and son and will not abscond if they are granted bail and will obey any bail conditions punctually. Generally, no judgments will help in these cases, because it differs from case to case.
