Unauthorised absence. pls suggest.

The word punishment is very harsh in the sense. if someone has been absent for 3 months there must be a reason why this is so, especially when they are on probationary period. The only thing that you can do is to remove them from the organisation; But you must remember, that this is done correctly, as in correct procedure could damage your organisation further.
