Under sec 13(i)(ii) i have filed divorce under desertion and cruality she went some other city and filed same sec 13(i)(ii) divorce case under adultary cruality and desertation.on prayer under sec25 demanding 80 lakh rupees.
Her alegations in petition are what she not proved in dv case (dv is dismiised even appeal)
I am suspecting she want to extract money me she fled this case in some other city.house rent. food ..etc
What i have do now

1. Contest her snapshot suit matter in different city with denial and your versions of facts as well as get marked certified copies of her DV Complaint and subsequent dismissals and bear her hide-seek till justice seems to have been done to you.
2. Also invest time reading down past discussions on divorce granted to husbands on cruelty-desertion grounds here in family law forum to build your argument - case.
