What is the process of CRPC 482? We filed quash petition U/S 482 and got stay on the proceedings. Quash petition is on 498A chargesheet. Opposite party did not try to vacate it. It has been pending for more than one year. When does HC undertakes final hearing? What are the next steps?
Please help me in understing CRPC 482.

My has been living seperately for more than 3 years. My sister filed quash petition with HC U/S 482. So how long does it takes for final hearing? Can we do anything to speed-up the process?
