CAN ANYBODY CLARIFY MY DOUBT.

UNDIVIDED PROPERTY OF FATHER SURVIVED BY 5 CHILDREN( 4-DAUGHTERS AND 1-SON) AND WIDOW NEEDS TO BE DISTRIBUTED AMONG THE CHILDREN AND WIDOW.

IT IS CONFIRM THAT ALL OF THEM WILL BE GETTING EQUAL SHARE AS PER HINDU LAW.

ALL THE 3 DAUGHTERS AND WIDOW IS READY TO MAKE THE PROPERTY IN THE NAME OF SON EXCEPT ON DAUGHTER, CAN THE PROPERTY TRANSFERED ON THE SON'S NAME.

three daughters and widow mother can sign reliquishment deed in favor of son ,and the daughter who dnt want to reliquish her right will get her share.
