A case is pending in the court of law , under the contracts act . The opponent is using the unethical ways to probe the business position in the market & business activities of the other party. The opponent party is using the private detective agencies.
Can this activity of the opponent be reported to court and can court direct to stop the same. As all calls received are saved in the call log and checked over the internet that the numbers belong to the private detective agencies.
