Unity on 498a needed

sasad ko mat ghero , jo 498A victim suicide karne wala wo sachin tendulkar, lata mangeshkar, modi , ya amitabh bacchan jaise hasti ka murder kar de , kidnap kar de aur jaise bhagat sing ne sarkar ko jagaya tha aisa kuch karnama kar de...... bas sari duniya jaan jayegi , sab log pure desh me sadak par aa jayenge aur sare biased law ko badal denge aur saath hi , aise netao , judges aru police man ki bhi band baja denge tabh unity sambhav ho sakegi... warna kitan hi dhol peeto , kitana hi chillao sab bekar hi rahega....

There is another aspect.

These laws are draconian.  But there are persons in the society (including educated one) who create justification for these laws. They are not in minority.  Torture of DIL, expectation of dowry and humiliating her parents is still a passion for few and some do this considering it their duty and some consider it just as their pious right for the fact of having father a male child.  As along as such like persons are there such laws have to be there on statute book.

Further society at large witnesses that the innosent persons are framed in these laws.  Why they appear in majority that there is rele3ctance on the part of real victims and the real violators are not booked.  If such awareness is created amongst the real victims then a large no of real culprits will be booked and the need of such society

I fully agree with you sir but my only concern is arrest should be made only after proper investigation. In 498A wife can name entire Facebook friends and they all can be arrested. There has to be some boundary to this law. Police should give warning 2 times and then arrest. Most of the people I have met from men's rights group are suffering from 498A and all of them are managers in multi national companies. Don't you think such laws are used as a weapon more by educated women?

Sir you are correct but this is your Hypothesis or Imagination?

Practically in India this not possible, and we have to suffer with it ?

reasons may be many but no new avataar will born to amend it,

जो हमारे पूर्वजो ने न्यायिक पूर्वजो ने गंदगी कर दी है उसे साफ़ करने कोई नहीं आयगा , और ने नेता , कोई भी हो उसी गंदगी को और बड़ा रहे जिसकी बदबू से आम आदमी घुट रहा , आम आदमी के घर बर्बाद हो रहे , थोडा सा पैसा पुलिस व् वकीलों को मिल जाता पर इतने से पैसो से उनका पेट नहीं भरता तो आत्मा क्या भरेगी ? इसलिए अगर इनका बस चला तो १३० करोड़ की जनसंक्या को भी झूटे केस में डाल कर या डलवा कर ये पैसा कमाएंगे.. again it is not frustration it is fact

if it is frustration then also,is it not right?

any how it should be changed, either by murdering some one or by removing whole concerned pupil.
