UPSC Selection Criminal Case!

Sir,I had three booty cases running(Act 392 & 394).I was in jail for two months too in 2009.Recently(2017), court acquitted me from all three cases after nearly 8 years of trial...Now I preparing for UPSC civil services.Want to become an IAS Officer.Can I select for ias exam...what about police verification?Will UPSC reject my form?

Once you have certificate that you were acquitted means you may not treat that as serious, but nothing can be said on police as lack of evidence, witness etc., and the seriousness of the crime may also affect the report. Irrespective of the PVR, you can prepare for examinations.

Sir, I had three cases of booty(लूट)going on.The copy of the three cases will not be affected?Is it a big possibility that I will not be considered worth the job?Or feeder, because I have been acquainted, I will not have any problem. Thankyou Prasaad Sir.
