Urgent advice

I shooted a summon against me from family court for maintance  but i am not in india to collect it . if i have not received it will the other party will get  decree in favour of him ?

only my aged old parents are there in india and summon is served on my name .


what is the best approach . pls advice .

First of all plz provide detail about summons, like what case has he file for which you got summons and what you want and your location also.

u do not run away from court case. when u are shour  u  r correct why u ran away about the proceding.u faith our law and order.u are face court proceding.
