Urgent help for mutation is needed

i got my ancestors property after partition which was in the name of my grand father's  bhikam singh..

 land was  mutated in my  fathers maheswari singh name from 60 years and it was under him .. 

i went anchal office for mutation but a objection was received by a man who claims that he is son of second wife of bhikam singh .. and he had done partition suit in  year 1995 and case is still pending ..

now can i get land mutation in my name ??

in anchal office co had done my case for mutation pending from 6 months ..

what should i do ??

The mutation cannot be done since the case is in court it would only be done post court decision.

but the land is already mutated in my fathers name ..and after my fathers death .. i and 4 brothers have done partition ..

land is under our grip from 60 years and we are paying tax .. 

also the partition suit case will be disposed after 100 years .. 

till than i have to wait ?
