Urgent help me... suitable remedy

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a flat on leasehold basis in a residential complex on 7th floor at Howrah,Kolkata (WB). Intialy the project had sanction of g+5 floors but there after the promoter had got a further sanction of 3 floors more in all blocks i.e. g+8 both the sanctions passed by high court . The flat has been registered in my name with a loan from HDFC [Housing Development Finance Coroporation]. The Building has got only two exits i.e. one staircase & lift. Now, the association of the complex is objecting to the further construction on the ground that  it is illegal and asking for demolishing of the constructed floors above fifth floor. The promoter had recived a letter from Municipal Corporation which restraints him from carrying on any further construction until & unless he gets the

A.    NOC FROM FIRE DEPARTMENT & POLLUTION DEPT.

B. STRUCTUTRAL VIABILITY

SO, I Would Like To Know Whether Extra Floors Would Be Demoliished & If Demolished Then What Is The Remedy Available To Me.?
