In our family , We are two brothers with our wives and a kid each with out father
My mother died 15 months ago.
Our house was on her name. After her death our father force us and quarrel with us and start the procedure of transferring home in his name (still light bill is coming in my mother's name). and taken our signature on paper of tranfer ,
We are living in this house for more than 25 years, From last 20 years all the home expenses and all are done by me and my brother , my father is not even contributing a single penny (naturally noone keep proof for such expenses)
Now my father is telling us to get out from this house. He dont want to give single penny to us or not even ready to help us to buy new house.
I wnt to know what can we do in this case legally.
I want to know if I will ask him I wont quit the house what he can do? can he throw me and my kid out of the house?
Suggest me options other than behaving like Pansingh Tomar
