Urgent--Is Leave and License applicable for Andhra Pradesh??

Can a commercial property located in Hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh be let out using a Leave and License agreement instead of a lease agreement?

I found this extract while reading about Leave and Licence online.

yes it is possible, given that both the parties agrees.

and in leave and license also include that in any circumstances this leave and license stands valid, that this contract is subject to terms and conditions as laid down in indian contract act from time to time.
