Urgent need of writ petition madras hc judgement

W P 11 of 2009 was disposed by Jan 7,2009 and W P 7563 of 2009 was disposed by Dec 14,2009.

It appears that both writs were dismissed at the admissions stage.

Hi Everyone,

If possible, please help me in getting a copy of following two judgements at the earliest. IN THESE JUDGEMENTS, HC HAD ISSUED A NOTIFICATION TO MARRIAGE REGISTRAR TO CANCEL THE FRAUD MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND SUPPORTED THE APPLICANT. Please, get them for me somehow..please!

1) W.P. 11 of 2009, Madrad High Court (petitioner : K.Saraswathi)

2) W. P. 7563 of 2009, Madras High Court (Petitioner : K. Saraswathi)

These both judgements were not dismissed, but rather they were disposed in favor of applicant and her writ applicantion had been entertained. Directions were given to marriage registrar as a result. Please help me in finding this, if possible.

The judgements are not there at the website of Madras High Court.Orders are not available at the site.The only way remains is you or anybody residing at chennai should apply for a copy of the order.The process is very simple.Within a day or two you will get the copy.
