Urgent - non-bailable arrest warrant section 354

I have a case against me since 2010 where a woman falsely filed an fir under section 376 and 328. Her family accompanied by her took back her complaint next day itself since she suffers from schizophrenia and hallucinates. Medical test during that time were also negative. Somehow the case wasn't over and due to non-appearance in court for past few dates (I Was not aware at all neither did my lawyer inform me for any summons) and hence there is a non-bailable arrest warrant issued under section 354 against me. Lawyer is suggesting for me to come to court and he will get the entire case dismissed. Problem is s.354 ipc is non-compoundable and yet he claims to get a compromise and a fresh bail on it. Also due to christmas the  courts  will be closed for 10 days. Kindly advice what should I do. Currently I'm running around since cops keeps coming to my house for me. My hearing is today.  Thank you.

Then you should rush to court with your lawyer and say sorry to Judge and pay some bail amount and cops you are all free if a case is closed.

Close it before it become very severe

Went to the court with my lawyer and he managed to Compound the case. The woman also came and the judge asked if she wanted to compromise. She agreed and hence I'm assuming the case is now closed. No bail amount was fined.
