I am one of the defendant, my advocate filed an application under order 3 rule 4(2) R/W Sec 151 of cpc to terminate the vakalath of the previous counsel.But the session judge rejected the application saying in view of the direction given by the Honourable Hight court the suit has to be disposed off within 30 days.
Please give your suggestion for filing a writ petition (wp) in High court. Citation of Supreme court will be appreciated please.

It is an absolutely wrong decesion by the judge. Court could have decided on the application first. Off course he hs to give an application to the high court regarding delay in disposing of the case. He could have given this reason.
