Me and my wife are Indian citizens and got married in India in 2009 and moved to USA in 2011 and had child in 2012 in USA so our kid is US citizen.
So few months back I filed for divorce in USA under the grounds of adultery and court granted the divorce.
But when I got the divorce copy, the grounds for divorce is not mentioned on it.
So in case if my wife files a case in India then how can I prove that the divorce granted in USA court is based on the grounds which is acceptable in India too.
