You have not disclosed as to how much money was withdrawn and what was done with such money and whether you have given an account of the money withdrawn by you.
Is it a crime or not depends upon the above facts. Please divulge the information and while doing so, you yourself will know as to what you had done is a crime or not.

All the acts done in the good faith towards the holder of the property are exempted from any crime to be precise, here the mens-rea is the important issue to be found in the action that for which purpose you have utilised his ATM card.
