Using of plaint filed in one court in other court

Civil Trials : Using of Plaint filed in one Court in proceedings of another Court

Can a plaint (the contentions of which are yet to be established) made in a Civil Suit be used as a document  and used as a basis of filing a complaint in a Consumer Court or for that matter in any other Civil Court?

Only the certified document of the said plaint can be exhibited in the court and that too after the ahlmad or the record keeper of the concerned court where the plaint was filed, is summoned and compares the contents of the certified copy to the copy of the plaint in the original file.

Otherwise exhibiting the same is barred.
