sir my name is nagendra im from channarayapatna hassan dist..im doing bussiness as a copuer technicien in my own computer sales & service shop..from my friend i take 30000 rs last year & i give 2 pronote paper & one 50rs stamp paper....i give 4% intrest every month for him...last year on 15/6/2011 i pay all him ammount to him & take my legal papers but he gave 1 pronote paper & 1 stamp paper he kept 1 pronote paper ...becauz my parents go & give his money back im not well in dat time .now he worte sumthing as 50000rs & ask to give money ..how can i give again so i reject dat he go to lawyer & send 1 notice ..so i dnt know anything abt law & this case so wat can i do..
1} can i give money again for dat pronote paper signed by me?
2} i will go to police station for dat ?
3} i also put case against him as cheating case?
4} i just dont care for dat pronote paper & lawyer notice?
plz help me wat can i do ? wer i get justice for dis?
