Using whitner in the flat registration document before scan

I registered my flat today.

In the thumb impression section (behind the 1st page stamp paper). Constructions owner (builder) signed in my signature space (row adjacent to my photo) by mistake. Then, I signed above that signature adjacent to my photo. Later, we used whitener to remove/hide the Builder signature in front of the sub registrar staff. Builder again signed in the appropriate place in the 2nd column adjacent to his photo.

This was happened in the registration office BEFORE the registration/scanning of the document.

My worry is, later date if I want to sell, using whitener will cause an issue

Thanks,
Raju

AS ALTERATION TOOK PLACE BEFORE SCANNING , IN  THE PRESENCE OF THE  REGISTERING AUTHORITY AND ALSO COUNTER SIGNED AND HENCE THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEM.

There will be no problem as correction was done in the presence of the officer. Sincerley, Reeti Shah reeti@corpusjurislaw.com 9930285557

Thanks for your valuable responses!

There is nothing wrong in it since the error was rectified then and there itself.  Don't keep worrying on such petty issues.
