Vacation notice of rental property

I am a Landlord and own a Property along with one another. We have given the property on Lease to an MNC Company. As per the Rental Agreement - The Landlord has to give 6 months Notice to the tenant to vacate the property.

My Question is - Can one of the Landlords give the Notice of Vacation of Property? Can the other Co-owner object to the Notice?

The Rental Agreement no where states that both the Co-Owners have to give a notice for Vacation of Property. It is silent on this aspect.

Looking forward for expert opinion on this. Thanks.

technically you both the landlord needs to agree on it whether you want to vacate the tenant or not. If agreed then you can serve a notice for vacation. otherwise there might be a problem between you both the landlords.

Further, legal opinion could be provided only once the document is seen.
