Ltd co .in purchase deed he shows that amount is paid on Behalf of Company prior to registration and get Document Registered in Registrar office in Pvt Ltd Co. Name. Now Can this registered purchase deed said to be valid and legal and payment hold good under the T. P. Act and Company Act ? And on the strength of this agreement Pvt Lts Co. can file RAE & R suit against Tenament Holder Under Mumbai Rent Act?
