Dear all,
A is the original allottee of a DDA flat at Dwarka new delhi. After some times A sold the property to B on GPA, SPA and Will basis. Now B has been passed away. Now legal heirs of B wants to sell the property on the basis of GPA and will in the name of their father.
Whether legal heirs of the B can sell the property ?
Whether legal heirs of B having ownership rights on the above property?
