Validity of sanad

After taking sanad, if an Advocate does not start pracitice, how long his sanad would be valid?

You need to verify sanad to state bar counsel for periodicaly.

As per notification issued by state bar counsel from time to time.

Generally sand is valid till it is verified from the concern state bar counsel.

Sir, thanks for your quick response. I would like to know that in case, some one does not practice as lawyer for 3-4 years after obtaining Sanad, whether the Sanad granted to him will be cancelled or  will it continue for unlimited period, so that he can resume practice any time, after lapse of few years.
