vasiyat or will validity..

can vasiyat write on plain paper with hand writing and sign by witness is valid will ?

can vasiyat write on stamp paper with hanvalid writing and sign by witness and get notrized is a good option then previous 1

ancestor property received can transfer in a will by a plain or stamper type will no documents of ancestor property but name in nagar Nigam ?

Will can be written ono any paper, and simply because it was written on a stamp paper, or registered, there is no presumption, since will has to proved under Evidence Act.

In respect of Will of ancestral property, it is valid to the extent of share of the executant in the ancestral property.
