Vehicles park in front of gates

Learned Friends,

I have a building on main road and I do business in that. neighbours also let out for business. People come to other buildings park cars and bikes infront of my gates. If I object for that they argue it is public road and I can't claim right over that. My business is affected and I get mental agony in arguing with the persons parking vehicles. I have posted a security person also to control it. Even then this is a problem for me. How to control it?

Am I having a legitimate right to object them or not.? Kindly share knowledge, please. Thanking you.

Building bye laws prohibit blocking the main access to any building. Find the relevant sections from your Municipality and using that approach the local Police Station ( I think, could be the Traffic Section... ) to get an order prohibiting parking in front of your gates. Paste that notice accordingly on your gates. Then most people will not bother you, I think.
