I wish to know from all the Gentlemen/ Ladieson the abuse of verbal instruction
Normally in any corporate, there are many verbal instructions issued by the Bosses. A Junior has to abide by them else face action under the Disciplinary Rules. The Junior has not undergone any training session and was asked to carry out certain jobs. It was also found that there was no laid down system for carrying out this particular activity. Lately it was found that the Jobs asked by the Boss , were illegal and a case was registered against the Junior.
What is the recourse left to the Junior. Please reply on vivek712@indiatimes.com
