My father exchanged a piece of land 40 yrs back and verbally gave him possession of double the land at a separate place. 15 yr back I constructed a house there without any dispute. Now the other party is threatening to demolish my house as that piece has become valuable due to recently road connectivity. Exchange of land is nowhere in revenue records. Do I have any legal right on land or I have to vacate it?
