Victim of 498a

i am a victim of 498a My wife lives in a town where she is doing her job also my marriage took place in the same town and she filled her 498a from the same town

But my FIL lives in different town which is pretty far away from here he lodged a different complaint and i have received the notice to attend for investigation. we are unaware what sort of complaint he has done

but he has done something to harrass me and my family may be based on wrong jurisdriction

i have never visited his town in my whole life and we have a fear of death to visit the same

we have posted the rti for the complaint ,

please advice us can a complaint be challenged in supreme court on grounds of wrong jurisdriction or irrevelant person filling complaint between me and my wife or anything else can be done??

without knowing what complaint he has lodged against your, how are going to seek a relief or what is the relief that you are going to seek? What is the extra grievances your FIL has on you? Is he going to file a cheating case on you or is something related to matrimonial disputes development? Please specify the details.
