VIL POWER TO sons

Hi Sir

My grand father had 4 acare land.having 3 sons . he made registerd vill only 2nd son to 2.5 acare land ... what to do another 2 sons....how to sharing property. my quetion is another 2 sons have eligigibality to vill land will be get it back

1. IF property was "Self-Acquired" by your Grandfather (means not Ancestral Property), THEN legally Grandfather can Sell /Gift /Transfer /Donate /Mortgage /whatever.... part or full of his property to ANYBODY whosoever he wishes to, without any legal reference or permission or NOC from his other legal heirs, without any further exceptions, whatsoever ....

2. However, you may prefer to challenge his WILL in a court of law, on grounds of his mental instability, being coerced, being threatened etc....  by following due procedures of law.
