IF property was "Self-Acquired" by your Grandfather (means not Ancestral Property), THEN legally Grandfather can Sell /Gift /Transfer /Donate /Mortgage /whatever.... part or full of his property to ANYBODY whosoever he wishes to, without any legal reference or permission or NOC from his other legal heirs, without any further exceptions, whatsoever ....
2. However, you may prefer to challenge his WILL in a court of law, on grounds of his mental instability, being coerced, being threatened etc.... by following due procedures of law.
