Village road map

I am owner of one survey number in Gulbarga district. My opponent says that there is a thorough fare (Vahavat road) from my village to my survey number. On verification of the concerened village road map, there is no indication of existence of road. My contention is that when there is no indication in the village map, the claim of my opponent that there is a Vahavat road existing is not lawful. Please enlighten whether I am right in my stand.

Yes, you are.

The discreption of proerty in civil case must be accompanied with boundaries, when the boundaries and cite is contradiction with evidence available, the burden lies on plaintiff i.e., your opponent so he has to prove otherwise the case is going to be ooooooooooooooo
