Visitation rights

Hi All, My wife left me before 4 months ..with my kid and not allowing me to see him ... Can I apply for Visitation petition ...any criteria for filing petition ...

You contact an advocate and file custody case under GWA and also file interim relief application for visitation.  You will definitely get visitation rights.  Right from today, send some amount for the expenses of the child, every month without any fail.  You fulfill all the criteria.
