Visitation rights

Good evening

My husband who is a Hindu divorced as he had illegal relationship with a Muslim.I have a. Daughter of 14yrs.he divorced me when my child was 5yrs I had to sign divorce papers by force. He has 2 daughters with Muslim woman. She forced him to convert to Islam and he did it.He is annoyed by her erratic behaviour .My husband has realised his wrong deed and started realising my value. To get back father's love to my daughter i married another person. My second husband started physical and mental torture to me and my daughter.Unable to bear it,i divorced   him. My daughter cries day and night for her biological father...I still love my first husband  to the core.My husband too wants me back but he is so scared of hyper behaviour of Muslim woman.

I would be great full to you for advising me how to go about.

My doubts are 1.how can he get visitation rights for my child(he wants to see my daughter)2 how can I cancel the mutual divorce of my first husband.

There is no provision for cancellation of divorce. It is a contested divorce obtained in district court & wife has reappealed the judgement in high court, which is under process. Now they both compromised & willing to reunite by remarriage in temple & registering the same.
