Vulgar language in court case

In his objection statements to my 24hma my husband has used vulgar language. Legally what provision is there against this?

Did he use words in writing in the Statement of Reply or oral assertions at hearing? If they were verbal abuse, I don't think you can achieve anything. If it was a part of pleadings, you may file an Application under Section 151 CPC seeking the vulgar contents to be expunged. But either ways, don't expect much; that is a part of bitter matrimonial proceedings and a 'privilege' (withing apostrophes) that we lawyers claim (and some lawyers abuse); ultimately the words might be claimed as a vital part of defense. Be strong and ignore is all I can advice. Try a miscellaneous application
