Wage revision-resulting in pension reduction

Dear Sir,

Whether a suit can be raised in a court of Law:

1.A  settlement  for increse in wages can result in reduction of the  Pension of the Pensioners?

2.Whether any agreement by unions / managements can make contrary provisions for reduction of superannuation benefits?

3.Whether any pay named by any name Spl. Pay which bears / eligible for DA can be excluded from the calculations of the supernnuation benefits of the retired employees?

4.When the revision  of salary is to take effect from 01.11.2012 and an increment which is a part of the salary structures / pay scales deferred to take effect on a later date (i.d with effect from 01.05.2015) ?

5.Can the duration of the Increment be altered, between emloyees of the same scale and grade?

6.Can there be two pays one for  inservice employees and the other for the retired employees of the same class ,category and grade?

7.Whether a Basic can be divided into two one for Superannuation benefits and the other for salaries?

8.Can the Unions  and IBA (Managements of Banks) can enter into an agreement against the provisions of the Pension Rules?

9.Whether any Pension Rules can be made / modified /amended which results in exclusion of the increase in pay on account of wage revisions?

10.Whether Pension Act approves agreements and setlements for reduction of Pension and revision of Pension?
