A Petition u/s 13B of Hindu Marriage was filed on October, 2013. Next Date after six months was fixed for final hearing. The Petitioner-Wife was in vacation on the said fixed date for final hearing. Next Date fixed for the same but unfortunately that was in vacation and the date for the purpose was forwarded on later date and last date was on 06.06.2015 when there is seizure of work for Advocate announced by Bar Association. Thus, 18 months delayed after filing the petition. Now :
1. Whether the present suit is barred by limitation and not maintainable?
2. Whether such 18 month period can be condoned by providing such bonafide reasons?
3. Whether any other procedure applicable for the prayed relief?
