Want divorce from husband he uses abusives and cruelity

Respected Sir / Madam,

I had been married with a man as love marriage and got registered our marriage at district court. I loved a boy and my husband knew it and accepted me. I have not met with that boy till now, my husband knows it also. I lived with him with full of honesty, but he suspect me that i talk to him on phone daily. And he abuses me daily and even sometimes beats me too. I make him understand that please leave to suspect me, I dont do so. But if you will keep continues suspect me one day will have to leave you. Sometimes my husband behaves me with very lovely way but most of the times he suspect me. I said to him if you dont believe me then leave me and be happy in your life. But he does not want to leave me. Sometimes my parents also says to me to leave your husband because the whole can not be survived in this way.

Now it is very difficult for me to stay with him. It is fact that i love that boy, but he did not involve in my life after my marriage. Now one day i called over the telephone him and ask him to marry me. He said "Yes, i want to marry you, if you want too."

We got married at 12.05.2010 at district court Bilaspur. My husband is involved in many criminal acts too. I was not aware before the marriage.

Ultimately, Now i want to take divorce from him and want that there shall not be any problem to my family and that boy because they are innocent. My Husband is bellicose.

I humbly request to you please advise me that how to overcome with this. Your guidance can change my life.

With kind regards,

Taking divorce may not solve your problem, simple reason being the agony and long waiting for trial in such conditions takes its tool and end result is that your kind of ladies get a raw deal i.e. neither here nor there.

What I suggest is to ask him to change location and in some cases with change of cohabitation (place) lots of these misunderstanding gets removed to large extent.

However, divorce also brings a solution only if you can prove in Court verbal abuse as cruelties to you and also have guarantee of mind that the previous boy will still marry you once you have a tag of divorcee! Think aloud all these and then only contact a professional Ld. Advocate in your area and may act accordingly as afterall you are best judge of your daily trauma and cruelties on your character.

your case liable to be divorced. he is criminal also (ofcourse according to you).

you need some evidence and witness of his misdeeds, like abusing beating etc.

in the same court where you got married, family court also there. apply for divorce there.

you have to put an application there, complaining his misdeeds.

naturally he will oppose it. therefore some evidence and witness required.

Your bracket statement besides the point I am just curious to know non-convicted Criminals in India have right to get married and remain in marriage under COI of UOI umbrella kya :-)

She just says 'he' is involved into criminal acts but has not said that he is a criminal as in
'convicted' by any court of law whose special knowledge she has.
