Want divorce from wife - please suggest the way out

Hi,

After filling RCR 5 to 6 hiring over but she never appear in court or reply on same. Now i want divorce from her. But she doesn’t want divorce and also threaten me that she will never release me from the relation.

Please suggest how to proceed for Divorce in this situation and what are the steps that I have to take for my and my family safty purpose before proceeding?

My marriage year was April '10 and RCR file date August'11. In this two years of marraige she tortured me and my older mother from every corner mentally and physically.

Kindly help me with your valuable suggestions.

dear querist ,

file DV petition on grounds of dessertion and if you can proove cruelity then on the grounds of cruelity,try to keep vigilance on her steps as in maximum cases fir under 498a is registered when divorec petitionis filed,for this apply for ABail of you and your family in advance.feel free to call.
