Want to know in cases of rcr decree passed

After I filing of the R.C.R. petition she has eventually returned to martial house and appear to court through an advocate.
Still I do not withdraw RCR case as I don't know respondent intention. let court take a decision.

My question is :-

Now what will happen, Court will pass RCR decree after Hearing Both Sides of the Issue that who is liable for breaking conjugal relationship ?

Court can take the affidavits of both the parties and pass the decree.  If it is compromised it may close the petition.

After she had joined her marital house, what are her pleadings before the Court? Is she pleading that she want to live with you and you are creating a scene that she had left marital home? Or is she pleading that out of innocence she made mistake and she will be cooperative? It all depends on her pleadings...
