Want to provide alternate accomodation to wife

At this age its very rare to hear from your the mental agony you are facing only for the property 

we cannot estimate how much your property is so for fast and easiest way to settle her means you can write a will share all the properties equal share between your wife, children and register it and take a house if you want to buy or rent it is your wish and which should be near your house and make her shift to that premisses 

If this does not work legally you have to separate from her giving her share of property 

Do your sons live with you?She has given you whole life..blessed you with two sons(though they are very selfish and forget how they come to this world)..If she is so abusive and you can not adjust at this age why and how you lived with her for so many years who has a pshycological problem according to you? After staying together over 26(minimum)years now there should not be question of "my property" "her property"! 

There must be some other story behind.Wives are not dispoable material to use and throw.

Very soon she will  be legally get of 50% property on divorce.

if you are the absolute owner of the property then file a suit for injunction against her before civil court and get the order from the court if you are ready to give her money then it will be better (as per my opinion) for you to dispossed off this property and settle in any other place.

secondly you can give her that portion till her life time as only possession and not as owner and execute a Will in the name of a person of your wish.

2. if women are forgetting emotions as you say your sons too donot want to stay with her, better you get alternate accomodation or construct a ambuja cement barrier and let her know you not giving her a single paisa legally.

3. let her run to courts claiming for maintenance , then you can put your terms , else do an amicable settlement.........

4. remember it was a long marraige, so try settling amicably......which might reduce your tension, money can be earned back, health and life cannot.......
