Hi All,
I took loan from one of the money lender for about 2lakhs and gave a promise note as well as my sons cheque.
we have paid back in full cash but money lender did not give back the cheque and note.
now he started threatening for more additional amount and using abusive language (Which I have recorded over phone).
So we sent a lawyers notice to him to give back the cheque and note. But he is not accepting the notice and now he is playing smart by saying he did not get any cash return and will file a 420 case again us.
Please suggest what can be done.
