Warrant/ samman

Dear All.

1. If a case registered in court for adultery. The court will issue samman or will issue warrant directly ??

2. In how many dates adultery case judgement can came where is solid evidence present in court but second party deny all allegations.

first the court will issue summon and if not obliged then only warrant will be sent

Is it 100% sure that firstly Summon will issue in any situation in adultery case. .. also please confirm that once the case registered in court it can be settled out of the court at any time mutually agreed with parties.

Your question and repetition will irritate any person answering it.  The warrant cannot be issued straightaway.  However this type of criminal case will be handled by the police only, if that is the case, the husband might be on bail already?, what is your exact problem, furnished some details or else dont put quries to take opinion from this forum to avenge someone with ill intention.
