Resident at Bengaluru. We have been paying full maintenance to the society regularly. We have however not paid for sinking fund which was raised by 750 % to Rs 97,000 annual. And lift replacement Rs1.15 lac. Association has decided to cutoff water supply to our kitchen which is causing great hazardship. Please advise what action we should take. Local police has not acted on our complaint stating they need cognizable offence to.act. BISHNU
Police station need only cognizable offence or court orders to proceed against the association. Please advice under act & Sec and charge we can proceed.
