The Partnership Firm is not Legal Entity it should be represented by its Partners. It is a peculiar character. so it should be strictly follow the rules and regulations as per the INDIAN PARTNERSHIP ACT 1932.

Yes. If there are rules and regulations provided in law then every person is bound to obey and follow them.

The question is general and the answer can be only 'yes'. If there are any specific issues, bring it here and seek an answer.

Terms of partnership deed is also an important document which should be followed , specially if it is registered.

Mr. Manoj may like to make a review of his reply, as, besided any living person, an organization registered legally is also a legal entity. Difference lies in "legal entity", and an "artifical legal person".

In fact, a legal entity is a generic term that includes, an association, corporation, partnership, proprietorship, trust, or individual that has legal standing in the eyes of law. A legal entity has legal capacity to enter into agreements or contracts, assume obligations, incur and pay debts, sue and be sued in its own right, and to be held responsible for its actions.
