what case to file to visit my daughter?

Respectable experts, 498A is stayed and divorce case is going slow. My ex wife (Talaq) has brain washed my daughter ((now major), not to speak to me. I don't have her contact number . Is there a legal way to reach my biological daughter? She is everything to me and it is extremely depressing that I didn't hear from her for more than three years.

U can file a writ before Hon'ble High Court. Besides that u can file child custody petition and seek visitation rights.

As suggested, you can file a petition under the guardian and wards act for child custody and an IA seeking visitation rights. This will be the remedy for the present.
