what happens if a plaintiff submitting false documents

simple query
a co produced bills for recovery with gst numbers which were came in force two years ago
above case is for transactions when vat was in force (before gst )

can judge gives orders on that base

There should be such specific pleading that the plaintiff approached the court with dirty hands with irrelevant documents and abusing the process of court knowing the facts that they are not relevant.  There may be other issues involved and those amounts that are not eligible for recovery will be deleted and the recovery process goes on.  Simply because the plaintiff has done a deliberate mistake, the case will not be dismissed and the defendant has to pay the other amounts legally payable to the plaintiff.
