Complainant have filled a case on me criminal case ipc 406,471,420,467,468
And i got A.B long back the issue is in criminal court
complainant sending Goons(rowdies) and going near polticians saying that he is the owner of the property and he want sell the property.
since last two years when we approach police they are like we want proofs and they does'nt like to interfer in this matter...
they dont have any documents in favour.
those people where like (rowdies) we had agreement we had handovered this property you have vacate house and all..
what i have to do? what if i file civil suit against complainant?
