What if a wife adulterous before marriage

yr of marriage, whether she is still with u or not ? whn & hw will u come to knw. most importantly wht ur LAWYER says ?

knwing above facts thn one can try. besides u don't hv trust in ur lawyer ? does he believe and follow accordingly wht suggestion or guidance u get.

Old balance wiped off the moment you got married to her. You cannot file divorce petition based on something your wife had done some time back.

For eg:  She might have had s*x when she was 18, which she confessed.  She might have been in love with some person before marriage and had s*x with him.

And if she confesses to you that she did hanky panky, it only shows her broad mind and the love for you.  As no wife will dare to tell something about her which will put her character and image in jeopardy.

If she has confessed, you are luck to have a wife like that, than a wife who does not tell anything about her past and stays tight lipped and continues cheating on you even after marriage.

On such basis you cannot file divorce case.  Getting married iteself is a sign of starting afresh.  You have started afresh, continue like that, dont bother three much about virginity issues now.

IF she is in a ongoing adultrous relationship, then you can file for divorce based on adultery.
